Digital Habits WEEK 2!

Week two

Hello, AGAIN!! As shown in the pictures of my screen time, I have improved from last week. I basically cut down a little under an hour of screen time and I have nineteen fewer pickups! (Look at me taking baby steps).Unfortunately, Snapchat remains consistent... I do love Snapchat although I also know I could be managing my time better. last year I took off my notifications for this app because I knew it would decrease my usage time. And it did, I feel like if I did this last year I would be able to add on an extra hour to the amount of time I’m on my phone per day. Other than that I am very happy with the amount of time I spend on my other applications. I can definitely do better but I don’t know if I want to. I’m not setting any goals for myself yet. Let me just say, thank God we don’t have to count the minutes we use our computer for! (;

My digital Habits WEEK ONE!

Week One



Hello everyone! Welcome to my digital habits! As you can see, My phone consumes a lot of my time. I've spent around 4 hours and 16 minutes per day on average this week. Unfortunately, this number was expected. We use the saying 'more times than I can count' a lot... however once we start counting the results are shocking. For example, I say I pick up my phone around 30times a day, but according to the results, I pick it up around 107 times a day. This assignment has made me realize how I need to take a break from my digital life.
